With over thirty years of experience in finance and construction cost accounting, Brian is responsible for all financial aspects of the projects. Brian works closely with the Owner and Subcontractors to ensure the timely co-ordination of the projects’ financial objectives.

Grahame’s significant experience in the estimating field ensures a realistic yet flexible approach to budgeting and cost analysis. Grahame is responsible for ensuring that our budgets and construction prices satisfy each client’s individual requirements.

Grant H. Doak, LLB, Contract Administration

Grant provides concise, consistent and correct legal counsel in the complex dealings within the development and construction industry. Providing both Prime and Subcontract reviews Grant is able to tailor each project’s requirements in a succinct manner. Formerly senior partner with Aird & Berlis LLP, Grant successfully transferred his 23 years of construction law expertise to ensure that proper planning and foresight mitigates potential liabilities.
